Had my Christmas Party at Nursery yesterday. Wore a jumper with Rudolf on the front. Does not fit when I give the same roar to Rudolf  as my dinosaur or wolf T shirt. I need to get a new “Call sign”. I’ll try and wear it next time I see Grandad. He’s good at coming up with call signs or catchphrases that irritate people

 

20    GEORGE’S ADVENT MESSAGE

So yesterday I thought I have Mamma and Grandad to look after for a full day today. Now Christmas can really begin! Can it buggery, the couple of miserables. Just an ordinary day! B*******. I thought at least they’d let me eat all the advent chocolates. Not one crumb of extra chocolate was evident. Nearest I got to a Christmas DVD was Summer Holiday starring Cliff Richard. No I didn’t believe it either. Christmas shopping amounted to visiting a dry cleaning cum clothes repair shop in Newark marketplace. And as for my latest ambition being fulfilled of denuding the Christmas Tree of its baubles, the result was nil due to hawkeyed Mamma. In the end I just threw myself kamikaze style into the Christmas tree. Result it hurt me lots and only achieved 3 baubles. Bah! Humbug!
