WHERE DID THAT WEEK GO?

THOUGHTS FOR THE DAY
Last week we celebrated Easter by spending the week in Norfolk with all the family: daughters, son in laws and four grandchildren of five years old and under.
The week was tremendous but hardly restful. There was so much going on all week. Consequently there were so many adventures that I will recount on the Blog in countless different ways over the next couple of weeks.
As we are jet setting grandparents we were back from Norfolk Friday evening and then catching the 8.30am train down the Virgin East Coastline to Kings Cross, London to see the amazing, unbelievable “Tina – The Tina Turner Musical”. Again later in the week I will give a resume on the Blog.
Whilst in London’s Covent Garden Mamma paid for a caricature artist to draw a picture of me. I will also share that experience with you over the next few days.
Then, home to launch straight into Grandad’s Birthday Party on Sunday.
Both Ewan and George are not sure what to make of Grandad’s Birthday Party. It’s a birthday and party like no other they’ve attended, and at their age they are almost professional birthday party goers. The only thing that stops them being professional is they do not get paid. They have come to expect the unexpected when their Grandad is involved.
